Some information on Fraser Island waters:
"They have an average salinity of 40 mg/l in which the relative proportions
of the major ions are closely similiar to seawater."
pH of 15 sites tested (but did not include Orange Ck)during summer showed a
pH range of 4.00 to 5.9.
Most of the sites you mentioned are similiar to Fraser, but I'll keep digging.
Unfortunately, I don't have all my information catalogued and set-up in a
data base like someone we known ;-)
ANGFA Qld should have some water details on the above sites??
