First off there are lots of digital cameras out there. Some of the
digital cameras only have a PCMIA card if you don't have this drive
on your computer you can't get the pictures off. So I use one that
take a floppy disk. Now on that camera i use I believe it is the sony
PFD 78 something like that and at high res. setting you only get 5
to 7 pics on a disk. One great thing to is you can get the pics off
the camera and on you computer and the erase the disk and reuse
it. As your 35 mm camera you have the cost of film and then need
a scaner to digitals the pics. I also have a video snapshot witch
takes a still photo off a video tape. Now my snappy is older and
just take pics at 640 x 480 res where the sony does 1024 x 768
and also does video only about 15 sec. Also with digital pics if you
have the software you can fix up the pics I use Adobe Photoshop. I
have just started in about the last year trying to be a phographer
and not to good at it. If Rainbows would just stay still for 2
seconds maybe I would be better:) You can go to my website the

1999 homeshow pics were taken from the snappy the camera was
a new sony hi 8 so the camera was good but snappy does not
capture to great.
Then on shamus's fish room the first 4 are from an older sony
digital camera the rest are from the new sony digital camera.
The only pics I did not take there are Ken's fish room.
Also I do have a scaner that works the best but pic ar large take up
a lot of space where the little digital cameras look like it compress
the pic.
