They all breed similarly Dennis - so whichever one you happen to have . The
local species from around where you live (M. duboulayi) should be fine. They
usually will breed continuously whenever they are well fed and the
temperature is warm enough.

Occasionally a water change with some softer water will start them up again
if they are in a lull :-)
