We just have to keep chipping away at them and using everything we can to
make them see that it will be better in the long run if they stick to
quality. It costs just as much to feed a bad fish as a good one.
Does the trade have a publication that goes out to members like retail
shops etc like PIJAC does here? Perhaps you could write a small appeal for
quality and purity - if complaints affect sales then perhaps thre
wholesalers may get the point after all !
