Have they stopped feeding normally? Do they produce whitish feces, that hang like a thread? Do they have red sores on the body? Do they breathe fast and stay at the water surface? Do the colours look like faded somewhat?
If the answer to at least 3 out of these 5 questions is yes, then chances are that they suffer from fish tuberculosis, which is unfortunately a very common disease in rainbowfish, for which there is no cure. You can only try to prevent it in doing regular water changes, not overfeeding, etc.
