It's interesting, because I feel that the long-term survival of the Rainbows
that we have in captivity relies heavily on effective organisation(s). If
the organisation does not adequately meet the needs of a particular section
of society (i.e. they feel excluded) then it is not as effective an
organisation as it could be.

As one of the moderaptors, for the reasons stated above, I think that
discussion of topics affecting rainbow-keepers is quite OK.
