[RML] Mycobacteriosis/egg sterilization

It looks like egg sterilization probably is not a full-proof protection
from Mycobacteriosis. The 2 ppm Methylene Blue recommended for
sterilizing laboratory Zebrafish eggs probably works okay against
general bacteria and fungi. However, I doubt it is a full-proof
protection against Mycobacteria. These are tough bugs, very resistant
to salts, antibiotics, dyes, etc. Mycobacterium fortuitum can grow on
5% salt and survive at 2,000 ppm bleach, 30 min when it is growing in a
as a biofilm. M. marinum is much more sensitive. Water changes for
mops and removing the mop as soon as possible after eggs hatch should
help.
Mycobacteriosis is a subject fraught with nuances.
