[RML] 2 Suggestions to the list

1) please edit your messages when replying to the
list. we don't need to have the whole string of past
messages (or whole digests) attached to it.

2) please put a meaningful subject in the subject
line. "a question" doesn't tell us much about the
content of the message. other not-so-helpful subjects
include "please help," "i have a problem," etc.
