Did you do a water test, and if so what were nitrates at? Ideally they
should be maintained at or below 20 ppm. Is the pH stable or does it
fluctuate? These things can cause stress which can open the fish to disease.
Just some thoughts.
I agree with the diagnosis below. If you keep stressors to a minimum than
hopefully the rest of the fish will not show symptoms. If the sick fish
continues to look bad, or worsens, I would remove it and euthanise it.
