Hi guys, not sure how Jason is going these days, but there have been a
couple of unanswered subscribe requests in the last week - I have taken
care of these.

If anyone hears of a friend trying to subscribe/desubscribe please let me
know and I will attempt to help. The desub requests are a little trickier
but I am happy to do what I can.
