Just what is it that is nasty with these? I admit to using it a fair-bit
around my fish ponds with no problems to the fish - and seemingly no
reduction in the frog population. We now have 12 species of frogs (plus
bufos) including one that I won't admit to in case we get turned into a
national park.

I believe that our frog diversity/population is increasing because we are
actively rehabilitating their habitats on our property. And because we now
provide a wildlife corridor between two formerly separate patches of scrub.
But is the glyphos inhibiting our efforts?

I have heard (from no one particularly knowledgable) that it is the
surfactants that are nasty rather than the glyphosate (or is it
glyphosphate?). What do you (or anyone) know?
