A number of aquarists in the Tampa Bay/Central Florida area have felt
the need for an aquarium club that deals exclusively with Cichlids.
After much talking and planning the time has arisen.
The St. Petersburg Cichlid Association is planning their first meeting
August 21, 1998.
We will be meeting at Lakewood High School in South St. Petersburg
Florida.
Currently we are looking for members that can help in the pre planning
of the club.
There are no requirements other then the interest in cichlids and the
willingness to be a beneficial member of the club.
There are no dues and there are no formal rules and regulations, only
cichlid interested aquarists wanting to get together and talk cichlids.
