You got the instructions when you joined. They get posted here 2-3 times a
month for people who ask nicely. So see reply 1 above. If you want to get
them yourself, you would send email to majordomo at tip.net.au with info
rainbowfish in the body of the message.... some people deserve to get their
hands held and their noses wiped for them, but not you.
