Next week is too far away (if they are really gill flukes). There should
be a simple gill fluke remedy available in most fish stores. I forget
it's name but it seems pretty effective. Copper will do it to but don't
ask me the dosage, depends upon the calcium concentration in your water.
Adding 10 ppm of salt may do it, but I'm not very sure on that one.
