Usual rules apply - if you don't have web.access and you want the archive
then email me and I'll attempt to email it to you, but make sure your ISP is
OK with large binary file attachments - it really is too much like hard work
to UUEncode the sucker and break it into a dozen chunks otherwise - I'd do
it, really, but I am too lazy! ;)
