as for the "iranian" rainbow, it's obvious why it's called that. sometimes
they would come labeled as "red irian" rainbow, irian being Irian Jaya, the
indonesian province that takes up the western part of new guinea. from irian
to iran, it doesn't take much... americans tend to not know much about the
rest of the world, this being the center of the universe (esp. new york...).
you see the worst labelling around here. any apisto is labelled as "wild
agassizi" even if they are ortmmanii or any other species...
recently i've been surprised to see Chilatherina bleheri and M.
herbertaxelrodi for sale. someone must be breeding those.
