I have been looking at lables also. Many fish foods provide alternate
souces of astaxanthin. i.e. via torula yeast, krill meal, crayfish meal.
However, they folks at the U were finding that the AI from these sources
may not be completly used by fish as it is in a chemical form (ester,
alcohol, etc) not readily absorbed. Result is the fish make red poop ;-).
