I actually know of someone who was keen to write on the keeping and
breeding of Rainbowfishes, this person actually wrote one article for FoS
or the 'bulletin' (this was some time ago) The article never made either,
and maybe the article was nowhere near up to par, but the writer *did*
offer to accept any editiorial advice and thus improve the article.

Maybe we need to foster some amatuer writers.
