I went to Chicago last year and went to the Shedd Aqurium there and
honestly was really dissapointed. There was a lot of algae, the plants
in the tanks that were supposed to be representitive of certain
biotypes were really wrong. For example they had South American
terrestrials, and Asian aqautic plants in the tanks that were supposed
to represent North American waters. Why do they do this? It seems that
if your going to try to educate the public you should at least be
giving them the right information. Is it that they themselves don't
know? And if they don't how in the world do they get these jobs?
