Roy,
Good job on the page. I can see that you've put a lot of effort into it.
My 2 cents: I never did like frames. I don't feel that they add anything
to the page that couldn't be done with tables.
For some reason, I can use Netscape fine with the new page. The AOL
browser (version 3.0, otherwise known as the Internet Explorer) works
fine too.
