A biotope with threadfins (Iriatherina werneri) can have many species
of plants. I think all plants from Northern Australia are OK.
Australian aquatic plants are not so easy to find. In Europe, we
have Vallisneria nana (particulars), Eusteralis stellata (sometimes
offered in the trade) and Glossostigma elatinoides (current).
Try to find a plant-import and to have the list of their species.
You can made an order with a club or something like that.
Anyway, you know that threadfins like soft and acidic waters. That
will be important for your search.
Cheers
