missed your mention of the teaspoon/tablespoon conversion?? ;-) If I'd'a
seen it, I would'a said somthin, but I don't even recall seein it. Too
much rambling on about chemistry and all that rot. Kinda make the eyes
glaze over, and large parts are skimmed over too quickly for proper detail
to be picked up. BTW: a good cook can use pinches just as well as tsp/Tbl
anyhow. :-) Right kids?
