A search on the web will quickly turn them up. My first choice would be
wincode, a uuencode program for windoze.

They typically only do two things, encode or decode files. Even a
dropkick like Roy could figure that out. Wouldn't believe he has a
degree in computer science would you!!!! He just got left behind the
times ........ once again.
