Hi. Just getting caught up on the threads have been in fla.My
praecox usually get to 3-4 in.the boes.5-6 in.ive sen larger but
they are exceptions.Boes. are slow growers thats wy i stopped
raising them and it takes about a year to really color up, without
color they dont sell in the shops.preacox are the exception they
have color from the start.
The max. size is determined by the way they are raised. If
under fed and poorly raised while young they become stunted and will
never reach full size no matter how much you feed them or how long
they live. When you see boes. in intense color and about 2 in. long
they are probably stunted.
They are usually an adult at 1-2 yrs.Just like we are at 18-
20I hope this helps clear things up for you

Best wishes Hank
