in my experience, hotmail is a horrible email service.
however, email messages seem to go missing every so
often, no matter what provider/email service you use.
it's just one of the things with the internet. you
also don't get every piece of snail mail sent to you,
you might realize that, the post office loses a
percentage of mail all the time.
