I was just trying to stay neutral through inaction. I was choosing
between two evils (of gettin on Peter's bad side or Alan's) and not
knowing Pete as well, I gambled that Alan would be more good-natured
about the whole thing.
Plus, I wanted to ask Pete some questions about pupfish and I knew
that as soon as I gave Alan ops, he'd kick/ban Pete all the way back
to the ARPAnet. ;-)
Anyway, for those people who haven't experienced #rml, I strongly
recommend it. We have a lot of fun. I spend most of the time laughing.
It takes a couple sessions to get the "feel" of the group; there is a
lot of ribbing and teasing and innuendo. But we talk about fish
sometimes too.
