We are lucky to have such a store here in Canberra, who takes the trouble to
display his Rainbowfish well - but I don't get to his store as often as I'd
like for reasons not pertinant to this list...
On education: the posters are an excellent tool for displaying fish, and
full marks go to Steve and the other guys who produced them, and the
photographers for donating their excellent pictures.
What could regional groups/individuals be doing to educate the "wider sector
of the public"? Doing talks for schools and the like? Displays at cultural
events/agricultural shows? Setting up tanks in Hospitals? I must say that
it's a pity that the National Aquarium here in Canberra couldn't see their
way clear to cooperating with us...
