1. There really were some quality discussions going on... Ulcers/TB, M.
herbertaxelrodi and the question of captive maintenance, water hardness,
amongst others. I fear that close examination of June and July's archives
would reveal a much lower signal/noise ratio... they were twice the size
with no appreciable value adding. I cannot but feel that I have somehow
failed in my role of co-moderaptor to nip certain negative threads in the
bud...
2. A couple of people volunteered to summarise discussions/threads. One
did. I would still like to see coherent records on major topics, because
while it is enjoyable wading through half a megabyte of text when I have
nothing better to do, it would be a different matter entirely if I was busy
and looking for specific information.
3. Please let me know *via email* if anyone else finds personal messages in
the June or July archives.
