Ed, I wonder if someone forwarded your email to Jim... he was complaining
about not being on the list anymore ;)

Some would have seen his email in about 8 pt font, others would have just
seen HTML. Good old Bill and his Yet Another Non Standard (Standards? We
make the standards!) Application.

I emailed the requested details to Jim.
