Good News Adrian

A kick in the backside for the "Guppy Gestapo" - just what they deserved
;-)

Perhaps we can get on with the real problems between the amateurs and the
commercial breeders now - IMO there are too many so-called commercial
breeders who are unprofessional in their approach to their own businesses,
the industry, the hobby, and the environment.

The lady concerned was essentially a dealer who bought and sold fish mainly
but occasionally bred a few more of some species than she could shift
through her own retail outlet so sold her excess to other dealers without
being the holder of an aquaculture permit. The stupid thing about this
particular regulation was that it was lawful for her to sell the same fish
to the public but not to another dealer.

Regards,
Bruce.
