This organization already exists !, it is UNEP (United Nations Environment
Program), Headquarters in Nairobi , Kenya.
Why always create new organizations and let the existing ones waste away ?
Wouldn't it be better to strengthen anf if necessary reform and change the
status of existing ones ? In my opinion a lot of confusion, duplication,
waste of money and efforts could be avoided in this way.
