Nah, he doesn't keep fish himself he has Julie and I and a few others to do
that dirty work for him, that way he can blame us instead. :)

We don't have any pristine waterways left. Honestly. I would be darn
surprised if there's any. And I think that's the point he's trying to make,
at least you guys aren't to the point where almost every fish in your waters
is introduced. We are. I would think that the key is to make sure that
doesn't happen. There really are idiots who will throw their fish out into
native waterways where they don't belong. I think the idea here is to keep
that from happening. Perhaps a compromise could be reached by an educational
program, maybe required handouts at retailers, and huge fines and maybe even
jail time for those that don't comply. And the most important part is heavy
advertising of the consequences for releasing fish. Maybe lisenceing to keep
fish would be in order, or at least putting more pressure on retailers.

Maybe yours there are more conscientious but there are a lot here who are
blood sucking leeches, they don't care about anything but the bottom line.
Many of them don't know didley about fish, they just want the cash. I think
if there was more public education there would be a much lesser chance of
people dumping fish. I think most people want to do the right thing they
just don't know any better.

It still isn't fool proof, (and we know the world is full of fools) but if
you saw what's happened to our waters you would be scared for yours too.
