The situation as is is untenable - ANCA is trying to develop a new policy
for the future and I wish them luck but I think wider discussion with the
hobbyists and clubs ( which really are the group ahose activities they seem
hell-bent on curtailing) may help because the old "mushroom" policy of the
bureaucrats is not working and will n ot in the future. How about them
telling us about the calculated risk analysis evidence they have for PNG
Rainbows ? they won't because they don't have any except vague academic
misgivings.
