is my most recent reference Troy. They list Gas Bubble Disease, Acute
Generalised Infections ( especially if bilateral), Chronic Internal Disease
( e.g. TB, usually unilateral and slowly progressive) and local trauma .
I recommend the very precise addition of a good handful (closed) to a 2
gallon bucket with an airstone in it :-)
