Hi again Danny,
I should have read the question properly. The Barron begins on the =
Atherton Tablelands and meets the sea at Cairns. The splendida's range =
from standard nondescript forms to fish with red fins and yet another =
from a tributary near Kuranda where a small proportion of the population =
are bright orange in the rear half of the body and orange fins. Most of =
these grow to at least 10 cm whilst the davies ck form only grows to =
about 7 cm. The eachamensis type I have from the barron grows to 6cm and =
is green in the body with almost red edges to the scales and orange to =
red fins. A stunning little fish.
Cheers
Steve Brooks
