There are a number of possiblities but all lead to the death of the
fish. Some (bacterial or parasitic options) will lead to the death of
others.
Cull the fish NOW!!!
It may well also of just bumped its nose. I had a female praecox
that rammed itself into the glass (I was chasing it with a net) and
then went into a spasm with its body curling to the right and
swimming very unbalanced. She came right eventually. She had
lost colour on one side of her body and her right side of her head
wnet black. The fact that your fish has totally lost colour suggests
other more sever problems, such as stroke or infection.
Sorry, but I don't see much hope.
