There has been some mention of fenbendazole being effective against tapeworms.
Are you sure about this? To the best of my knowledge it is not. Tapeworms
"work" differently than nematodes. This is probably not of too great of
importance, since tapeworms don't seem to be a common day to day problem for
most people's fish.
I could be wrong here, we use fenbendazole frequently for giardiasis which I
don't think it is labeled for and it works well, so there may be other
parasites it is effective against, but I don't think tapeworms are one of
them.
