I for one prefer to talk to people with names (rather than email adresses).
If you raised discus OK you should have no trouble with Rainbows. Adults in
the wild do have some specific differences in habitat preferences as far as
flow is concerned e.g. trifasciatas prefer flow whereas Inornatas don't but
in my opinion that doesn't really make any difference to breeding them in
still waters. Of course there are some possible exceptions that other list
members may wish to raise.
