Just pay the permit fee of $30 once your in your in as long as you dont let
it expire.. Mine is open-ended because of the infrequency of use, I send in
the number with a list of fish I want to take out and the $30 and I get a
new one. But I am sure if you asked Bruce while you were there I think he
would be able to work something out...

BTW Bruce I need your phone number....
