The person to get in touch with about the Pachypanchax from Madagascar is Roger Langton.
Roger has been maintaining various populations of P. omalonotus and P. sakaramyi as part of the Madagascar project. I know he has had a lot of success with them and also knows all about the various collections, populations, etc.
