Thanks for the info on L. tanganicus - please don't apologise for the
Imperial measurements. We still have teaspoons and tablespoons here
although chopsticks and fingers are pretty popular too ;-)
Thank goodness we haven't got the recipe in pinches and small or large
handsful ( or should it be handfuls ?)
I heard a whisper that there may be some of these around sooner or later.
