Andrew,
depends on which direction your coming from. Apparently, if your
coming from the west the border is heavily fortified with barb wire fences
and mine fields. At the northern border you will need a boat to enter as
construction has been underway at a phenonminal rate. Current estimations
predict that they would have severed Victoria from the mainland by the end
of the financial year. Someone passing by the area recently stated that
they had seen signs erected reading "Welcome to Kennet, We Hope You Enjoy
Your Stay". There is a boom gate however at the border crossing. Visitors
are only permitted entry depending on what they have to offer. Relations of
Olympic Selection Committee and the Grand Prix World Office are generally
allowed immediate entry. As for bringing in fish and reptiles I wouldnt know.
