Sorry if Ive entered too late into this discussion and if it is somewhat off
track: A few people in SA keep a small amount of limestone in their
aquariums to provide calcium (I presume) in the tank water.
I was just wondering out of interest, what your water conditions were in Adelaide. I believe the conditions are fairly hard? Would there be any calcium in the water from the tap?
