While we are on the subject of DG's, has anyone else seen the phenomenon of sex reversal occurring? A few times when left with a group of females only in a tank of DGs one of the larger specimens has become a functional male and gone on to breerd successf
ully. These particular males never became as brilliantly coloured as the primary males.
I recieved four DG's from the good Doctor about 6 months ago. They were still jevenile at the time but Bruce believed that they were four females. Since attaining "adulthood" I have definately got 2m and 2f. Whether there was a sex change operation tha
t I haven't been billed for or whether the young were miss-diagnosed <G> I am not sure.
And yes Andrew, I will be trying to breed them for you. I have a condiminium under construction outside for these dwellers of the desert ;->
