We have two moderators..... Alan Ford and I. For those unaware, this is a
"soft-moderated" list, i.e. anything that you send goes straight to the list
without having to be manually approved. This is in contrast to a
"hard-moderated" list, where every posting is approved by one of the owners
before it is passed on to others. I believe the moderator Peter is
referring to above is the "moderator" field in the Majordomo config file,
that controls this function.
That being said and done, "Someone is watching you". Alan and I keep a
close watch on the list, and we do have the power (maniacal laughter!) to
unsubscribe people from the list and never resubscribe them if, and only if,
they are guilty of repeated conduct unbecoming, in both of our opinions. I
cannot see this situation ever arising.
