I think when I get back from Cape York in July I will tell everyone what
fish I have and I wont sell or trade a single one. Maybe then they will bug
me to sell them. When I offer them for sale nobody seems to care. They are
just content to buy the hybrids and the bred to shit fish in the stores.
People think we sell the fish to make money. Well that is a bunch of bull.
Last year my electric bill was $3,432. I had a total of $2,450 in fish
sales. Going to Australia and bringing fish home to introduce to the hobby
is a real pain in the ass! It is a lot of work! I would rather go and have
a good time and bring back a few than make a production out of it.
I wont bore you with the details of the cost of food and dry goods, you
get the point.
I am sorry Dan, this is not a personal attack to you it just so happened
that you were the umpteenthousandth person that said they cant find fish
and it finally made me insane. I am sorry, please, please dont take it
personal.
While I am at it......
Whomever is spreading the rumor that I dumped all the fish in one tank when
I got home from the last trip Is a dirty rotten son of a bit*h. I have a
good idea where it is coming from (you better hope to hell I dont get
proof) and if and when I do get proof.. He He :-) I will have more fun with
you than you can possibly imagine!!!!!!!
If any of you have doubts to the quality of my fish just ask other members
of the list that have fish from me swimming in their tanks.
To the normal list members I apologize to you as well for this temporary
bought of insanity! :-) :-) :-) Now most of you know why I am called
rooster, I get my feathers in an uproar from time to time :-)
