Seriously, everyone should be given a chance to do things right, and we
all must do our best w/in the situations we find ourselves. With time and
hope, I believe that things can get much better. I am not yet ready to
write off public facilities, but I am realistic about the amount of time
and work it will take to see the changes we have discussed here. People
like Alex are proof of my reason for optimism (Good on you, Mate!). :)
