Seriously, the person needs to be:
- A current PCUG(ACT) member,
- Subscribed to the RML and a regular reader, and,
- Trusted.
Now I am willing to trust people until they prove themselves unequal to the
task, but the other two are pretty thin on the ground around here at the
moment.
