As you all are acutely aware, due to an impending re-alignment of the
"stars" we have another farcial pseudo-democratic election looming up here
with each of the major protagonists outpromising each other between navel
gazing sessions.

Unfortunately for them the "balance of power" that has been wielded so
sensibly by Mrs. Cunningham is likely to be taken up by a less benign
influence.

All part of the rich tapestry of life here in "paradise" ;-)
