An editor can only fill an issue regularly if the membership supports
him/her with articles. Even suggestions are welcome. Also some feed-back
is always welcome, as an editor likes to know whether the subscribers are
satisfied with the range of topics and the quality of the content.
There is no need to be concerned about your writing skills either - most
editors are only too happy to knock something into "shape" as long as they
have the ideas and topic there to work with.
So the bottom line to all those various club members out there, who are
concerned about late arrival of publications - call the editor and ask if
they need help and at the same time send along an article on something that
is of interest to you. You can bet your boots that it will be of interest
to others too. it doesn't have to be pages and pages of stuff, we need
small bits and pieces too, to help fill in those part pages.
